Elective and Cancer Care

We take a logical and systematic approach to understanding, defining and improving pathway speed. Our usual approach is to focus on the high-volume pathways to maximise impact with the least possible resources. Working from referral management processes through to post-operative care we will optimise and balance capacity and throughput key pathways. This will include all elements of elective care, including data visibility, PTL validation and theatre scheduling processes and efficiency.
